Liquidsend · WhatsApp subscription platform
Turn your customers into monthly recurring revenue.
Liquidsend turns one-time buyers into monthly subscribers — over WhatsApp and email. Built for independent brands, not enterprise contact centres.
Free 14-day trial · No card required · Cancel anytime
Pre-approved template · Sent via Liquidsend
Built on the same WhatsApp Business API as Klaviyo, Wati and AiSensy — without the lock-in.
The state of subscriber growth in 2026
You bought the traffic.
They opened nothing.
Three things are quietly killing subscription growth for independent brands. Liquidsend was built to fix each one.
Email is broken.
20% of your marketing emails get opened. The rest get filtered, ignored, or marked spam. You paid for that traffic. You're still paying.
WhatsApp setup is brutal.
Meta Cloud API takes weeks to onboard. Template approvals fail. Numbers get suspended. Most brands give up before their first send.
Your tools own your customers.
Klaviyo, Wati and AiSensy keep your subscriber list, your messaging history, and your billing relationship behind their dashboards. Leaving costs the channel.
How you send
Manual when it matters.
Automated when it scales.
Most platforms force a choice: hand-crafted personal messages, or programmatic automation. Liquidsend runs both, and lets you switch a campaign between them at any point.
Manual sending
For founders, VIPs, replies, recovery
Pick a customer or a segment. Write the message in the composer. Preview the WhatsApp + email render. Send. Replies route to a unified inbox. This is how founders build relationships at first names.
Automated sending
For drops, renewals, shipping, reactivation
Schedule a launch. Set the segment. Pick the pre-approved template. Walk away. Liquidsend paces the send, retries failures, suppresses STOPs, captures attribution. This is how you scale without losing the voice.
What it sends
Every customer message,
from one platform.
01 / 05 — Send
VIP launches.
Invite-only drops with personalised landing pages.
How it works
From customer list to recurring revenue
in four moves.
- 01
Connect
Paste your Stripe, PayPal or Recharge keys. Connect Shopify. Authorise WhatsApp via Embedded Signup. Eight minutes. No engineer needed.
- 02
Import
Upload or sync your customer list. Liquidsend dedupes, suppresses anyone who has unsubscribed, and segments by purchase history.
- 03
Invite
Schedule a VIP launch. Personalised email + WhatsApp invitations go out. Each customer sees one landing page, one CTA, no public store.
- 04
Activate
A £1 commit locks the spot. On drop day, Liquidsend captures the full monthly charge via your own provider. Your 3PL ships from the Shopify admin.

Common questions
Before you start.
How is Liquidsend different from Klaviyo or Wati?
Klaviyo is email-first with a WhatsApp plug-in; Wati is enterprise WhatsApp marketing. Liquidsend is purpose-built for subscription drops on WhatsApp, runs manual + automated, and lets you keep your own Stripe / PayPal. We don’t middle-man payments and we don’t hold your subscriber list hostage.
Do I need to integrate WhatsApp Business myself?
No. Embedded Signup connects your WhatsApp Business Account to Liquidsend in one click. We handle the Meta verification, template submissions, and number registration. The setup takes about eight minutes.
Can I keep my Stripe or PayPal account?
Yes — and you should. You paste your keys; we never touch the money. Customer billing stays in your provider, with your fee structure. Liquidsend bills you for the platform, separately.
What if my customer doesn’t have WhatsApp?
Email is the fallback. Every campaign sends through WhatsApp first; if there’s no delivery within 24 hours, the same template goes via email. Some customers prefer SMS; you can add that channel via Twilio.
How long does it take to launch a campaign?
A first manual send: 10 minutes from signup. A scheduled automated drop with templates and segments: half a day. The longest part is writing your copy — the engine is ready.
What does it cost?
Free for up to 100 sends a month. £49/month for up to 5,000 sends — the plan most brands launch on. Custom pricing above 5,000. Meta and Twilio message costs are passed through at cost; no markup.
